Thomas Telford Limited (TTL), the commercial arm of the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE) has today sold the majority of TTL's book catalogue (excluding the NEC Guides) and all journal titles and related publishing assets to Emerald Publishing Limited. The sale comprises 35 peer-reviewed journals, over 1,500 eBooks and 36,000 research articles dating back to 1836.
