East View is implementing new policies for employees including working remotely and the suspension of all non-essential travel. These measures are done with the health and safety of employees, customers, and partners in mind and should not impact support or services. Customer service and sales support will still be available via email, phone or virtual meetings.
Online platforms, products, and services remain functional and disruptions are not anticipated. Currently East View is not experiencing difficulty obtaining or shipping printed materials. Should the situation change, updates will be sent to customers directly.
East View is aiming to help customers navigate through this uncertain time by continuing to provide the best possible experience for users, including reliable access to online products for authorised users regardless of their location, and uninterrupted delivery of print materials. With the closure of many academic libraries to students and other researchers, alternative solutions for access to print materials can also be offered, such as e-books, online journals and newspapers, and custom digitisation.
