How to Book/Online Booking Form

For 2019 we have again engaged the services of KHEC (Karina Hunt Event Consultancy) to handle the stand booking process (which will be conducted via the UKSG website).  The online booking form is  here as ever, a strict ‘first come, first served’ policy will operate.  Any queries should be directed to KHEC -

Stress alert!: As ever, we can only emphasise that you should take the opportunity to verify that your preferred stand selection has been reserved for you.  If you have been unsuccessful you will be advised on how to try again.

Set-up and Duration

Set-up for all exhibitors (including those building their own stands) will take place on Sunday 7 April 2019.  The conference and exhibition proper will run from 08.30 on Monday 8 April to lunchtime on Wednesday 10 April 2019.  Could I please just remind everyone that we do need ALL exhibitors to set up on the Sunday in order for the event to be ready to open to delegates on the Monday morning.

There are opportunities to reach out to the conference delegates and the industry at large by advertising in our fortnightly newsletter, UKSG eNews, before and after the event.  A limited amount of advertising space will also be available in the UKSG Conference Programme and Exhibition Guide, a print copy of which will be given to each delegate at the event.  To find out more about the range of opportunities please contact
