UKSG Membership Application Form

Membership of UKSG is open to any organisation or individual and the annual membership fee for 2012, including Volume 25 of Serials online, is £99.00 (+ VAT @ 20% where applicable).  Please note that membership is by calendar year (January - December).

Your membership invoice can be paid by cheque, direct bank transfer or credit card.  To apply for membership please fill in the form below.
