If you have reserved your place, please don’t forget to bring your conference badge as it will act as your entry ticket. (The gala reception is included in the full conference/exhibitor/speaker package). Access to the event will be via the main entrance visible from Kings Road on the sea front. A small cloakroom will be available for coats and small items, please limit your items. (no suitcases or large bags please).

The conference gala reception promises an enjoyable and sociable evening, filled with drinks, canapes, and entertainment.
The evening will be filled with a variety of activities to suit all tastes. Entertainment will be provided by skilled close-hand magicians, complemented by an exclusive (one night only) performance from the UKSG band (made up of individuals who work for UKSG members). The venue offers a variety of spaces, including quieter areas for networking and conversation, as well as a board games room for a more social and relaxed experience.
For those that would like a lively atmosphere from 9pm join the traditional and much love UKSG disco. In the one-of-a-kind retro disco bar with Brighton’s biggest LED tile dance floor, infinity mirrors, booths, mirrored ceiling, and, of course, those iconic disco balls! .
A cash bar will be available from 8pm for any additional drinks.
Programme
On arrival join us in the main room for drinks, canapes, and entertainment from 7pm. Feel free to come and go as you please throughout the evening.

On arrival, please join us in the main room for drinks, canapés, and entertainment. Enjoy an informal social space where you can meet and mingle with fellow peers, all while being entertained by our roving close-hand magicians.

We welcome the exclusive premiere performance from the UKSG band, composed of UKSG members. They will provide music spanning various tastes and eras, ensuring there’s something for everyone.
21:00
From 9pm the choice is yours; we open up all the spaces so take your pick:
- Disco room – The night is young and the DJ is at the ready! Join us on the LED multi coloured dance floor
- Curve – Aloha! Join us for some quieter music and some fun with our seaside themed photo booth area
- Steinbeck and Shaw – For a more relaxed approach we have provided a few retro and vintage games for informal fun.
Access
The main entrance is fully accessible with level access from the street. Once inside the building, access to the lower floor is available via a lift.
Dietary/Allergens

Cloakroom
A small cloakroom is available at the entrance, we request that you don’t bring any bags if possible and limit the the number of coats.
Quiet(er) space
We understand that not everyone enjoys a bustling and noisy atmosphere. Therefore, quieter rooms have been designated on the upper floor for those who prefer a more relaxed environment conducive to quieter conversations or time out.
