Bloomsbury Digital Resources has announced the launch of Wigmore Hall Collections, a new partnership with Wigmore Hall, making a series of new, fully exclusive live-music performances available on Bloomsbury Video Library beginning in 2026.

This collaboration brings high-quality recordings of chamber, instrumental and vocal recitals from Wigmore Hall, one of the world’s leading venues, to libraries, schools and universities worldwide. Designed to support teaching, learning and research in music, and related disciplines, the collaboration will make these resources available exclusively in the academic sphere.

John Gilhooly, Director of Wigmore Hall, said: “We are delighted to partner with Bloomsbury to bring exclusive Wigmore Hall performances to students and educators worldwide. This collaboration offers academic audiences front-row access to the exceptional artists and diverse repertoire that define our concert seasons, from the Renaissance to the present day.”

Anna Wright, Digital Portfolio Director at Bloomsbury says:  “We are delighted to be partnering with Wigmore Hall to bring an exciting selection of performances from their internationally renowned programme to a wider academic audience. Wigmore Hall’s concert seasons encompass exceptional chamber music, instrumental and vocal recitals over 500 years of repertoire, delivering a unique range of inspirational performances for students and scholars to analyse and explore.

Alongside our recently launched London Symphony Orchestra products and further performance collections coming next year featuring the Royal Opera, Glyndebourne, Bolshoi Ballet and more, this partnership with Wigmore Hall reflects our longstanding commitment to enriching arts education and our ambition to make Bloomsbury Video Library the home of world class performance.”
