What do publishers want librarians to know?

24 April 2019

The full anonymised dataset of messages from publishers to librarians following the research project – What do publishers want librarians to know? – carried out by Bernie Folan is now available. This research project informed a popular UKSG 2019 conference breakout.

The data from a similar project (collecting messages from librarians to publishers) carried out a couple of years ago is also available, and is summarised in an Insights article published in November 2017.

Results of all research are made available openly and completely anonymously with no mention of organisations or names. The objective of these research projects has been to increase understanding and improve communication within the scholarly communication environment, without any commercial objective.
