Bloomsbury Collections

Bloomsbury Digital Resources has announced that all titles are now available to be purchased individually, on a title by title basis, by institutions. This new purchase model allows customers increased flexibility to gain access to Bloomsbury’s scholarship.

Libraries will be able to customise a collection drawing from more than 6,000 titles covering the following subject areas:

  • anthropology
  • biblical studies
  • classical studies & archaeology
  • education
  • film & media
  • history
  • law
  • linguistics
  • literary studies
  • philosophy
  • religious studies
  • theology

Bloomsbury Applied Visual Arts

Bloomsbury Applied Visual Arts is the newest online platform coming soon from Bloomsbury Digital Resources, aiming to provide a practical guide to a visual arts education. The resource will be launched in October 2018 and will comprise a library of over 170 illustrated e-books. It will combine visual inspiration with practical advice on everything from idea generation and research techniques, to portfolio development.

It has been designed to support teaching and learning across the main visual arts disciplines, including:

  • fashion and textiles
  • design and illustration
  • photography
  • film and media
  • interiors and architecture
  • marketing and advertising
