Knowing me, Knowing UKSG: scholarly comms journeys is a podcast series for the scholarly communications sector.
In each episode we will be having an informal conversation with someone inspiring from the knowledge community and ask them to tell us about their career journey and what has motivated them along the way. Career paths are often ‘squiggly’ and can include detours and pitstops. Our guests will share their personal stories and shine a light on how varied the sector is and how there is no ‘one size fits all’ approach to managing your career. The podcast will also explore common issues such as imposter syndrome and share advice on how to maximise opportunities when they are presented.
This podcast series is a platform where professionals can share their unique stories, experiences, and reflections, creating a dialogue that will inspire and inform the next generation of leaders in our sector. It’s for those who want to expand their knowledge, be inspired by the journeys of others, and gain insights that will help them in their own careers. Whether you are just starting out in the sector or are a seasoned professional, this podcast series is for you.
You’ll find us wherever you listen to your podcasts and please subscribe to the channel so you don’t miss an episode.
