COUNTER has announced that well over half of the R5-compliant platforms had migrated from R5 to R5.1 of the Code of Practice by the deadline date. The list is at https://www.countermetrics.org/live-r51/.
There is information about all of the live platforms in the COUNTER Registry, which is continuously updated as publishers make COUNTER aware of successful migrations.
