HELibTech have introduced a new feature on the site – HELibTech viewpoints.
Viewpoints are an opportunity for users to share their thoughts and opinions on current and emerging issues that affect university libraries in terms of the impact of technology.
Viewpoints are a great way to both spark debate and discussion in the community and to act as a launch pad for further investigation. They are also a great way to dip your toe into the world of publishing, getting your views across to the wider professional community with both a more light touch approach and, we would argue, a greater reach than submissions to traditional journals.
Whether you are a librarian, other technology professional, vendor or interested academic – if you have something you would like to share we would love to hear from you.
With over a thousand site visitors a month, writing for HELibTech is a great opportunity to both develop professionally, encourage debate and get your views heard.

If you would like to submit an HELibTech Viewpoint we would love to hear from you. Have a look at our submission guidance and get in touch.
