UKSG Conference 2025 – Gala evening allergen chart

The canapes for the gala evening will consist of the following, please review the allergen chart below:

  • Soya cured butternut carpaccio with smoked chicken and mango
  • Asparagus spears wrapped in Parma ham with baconaise
  • Goats cheesecake with red onion jam (Vegetarian)
  • Tomato, shallot, black oliver concasse on a pesto rye crouton (Vegetarian)
  • Grilled haloumi and courgette skewer with harissa chipotle (Vegetarian)
  • Jerusalem artichoke with truffled brie and honey (Vegetarian)

As you will appreciate the catering team are unable to 100% guarantee that any cross contamination will not happen in the kitchen and preparation area.  However, they will endeavor to make every effort to prevent this. If any any doubt please ask one of the catering team staff for advise.
