NB: Those completely new to dealing with journals should first attend the UKSG’s ‘Serials Resource Management for the 21st Century: An Introduction’ course which is run regularly in a variety of locations. This one-day course covers all aspects of the serials industry and includes a non-intensive introductory technical session. Courses for 2006 will be held in Dublin on 14 June and in London on 4 October.
