REGISTRATION

The following options are for registration of your requirements for the attendance package OR individual daytime and dinner selections. N.B. Package excludes accommodation - all delegates are required to book their own accommodation. Please refer to the UKSG website conference page - www.uksg.org/event/conference10 - and click on the link to Edinburgh Convention Bureau's Conference Accommodation Booking Service to view the various accommodation options and to make a booking.

BREAKOUT SESSIONS

There are four slots in the programme for the breakout sessions which are split into two groups (A and B). The Group A sessions will run concurrently on Monday 12 April (at 13.30)and will be repeated on Tuesday 13 April (at 11.30). The Group B sessions will run concurrently on Tuesday 13 April (at 15.15) and will be repeated on Wednesday 1 April (at 11.00). Please refer to the Conference Programme for summaries of content.

You may attend TWO sessions from this group. However, please submit FOUR selections as some sessions may become over-subscribed. (IL = Introductory Level)

INVOICING INFORMATION

An invoice will be sent with your confirmation of booking letter. Payment by credit card (Mastercard or Visa only), cheque or direct bank transfer will be accepted.

Please supply a purchase order number if this is required by your organisation

Closing Date and Cancellations

The closing date for receipt of bookings is Friday 12 March 2010, after which date cancellations will not be eligible for a refund.
