The event will be a mix of live presentations, recordings (with live Q&A), the exhibition and social gatherings (including https://gather.town/) - including the essential UKSG Quiz, which will be delivered by Mark Hester again this year. Look out for announcements and a video on how it will all work! We have also introduced a new stream of Technical/Poster Sessions on Wednesday morning where you can hear from vendors talk about new products and others with interesting projects in a no-pressure environment - the programme will be updated with details soon. As always, we'd love to hear from you on suggestions of events you've enjoyed online.
There will be a number of free places again for under-represented communities and so regardless of your circumstances there should be a place to apply for. We are working hard on making this as comprehensive as possible (and as straightforward as possible), so do look out for announcements which will be coming out shortly. Our thanks to the sponsors, AAAS, Adam Matthew Digital, Cambridge University Press and Wiley for each sponsoring a place, in addition to the usual UKSG ones to be announced. If you have any questions - or suggestions - please email info@uksg.org

Merriman Award
The UK award is again supported by the generous sponsorship of Taylor & Francis Group and the winner will receive free registration at the 44th Annual UKSG and the 36th Annual NASIG.
Named in honour of John Merriman, in recognition of his work in founding both UKSG and NASIG, this prestigious award provides an invaluable opportunity for anyone keen to learn and share experiences from a different angle.
From a previous winner: "It was a pleasure and a privilege to win the Merriman award. As someone relatively new to research support, but with a strong commitment to scholarly communications and open research more generally, it was fantastic to experience both the UKSG and NASIG conferences and learn first-hand about developments, achievements and share with others at institutions from North America, Europe and beyond. I was able to network, socialise and learn from so many people in a concentrated period of time-and it has led onto connections and collaborations, too!"

Exhibition Space
Although the exhibition will be online only you will be able to do nearly everything you could do in your booth - meet with delegates, host webinars/meetings, provide marketing material and chat - plus, if you are presenting in our new Technical Session stream on the Wednesday morning, you can invite delegates back for Q&A at your booth! Details are here
