The 2019 Exhibition is open for general booking - the link to the booking form is here and more information about booking can be found here. Exhibitor Manual
The exhibitor manual can be found here. This contains important information including building/breakdown timings, exhibition opening hours, order forms for furniture, catering, electrics as well as lots of additional information.
Exhibitor/Delegate Bookings **Registration has now closed**
All exhibitors must please register as delegates, ONE full price delegate place will be included with each stand booked. Both free exhibitor places and additional attendees must reserve there place by completing our online booking form.
UKSG member delegate fee: £475 + VAT OR Non-member delegate fee: £645 + VAT
These package prices cover attendance at all sessions, the Tuesday evening conference dinner, and all daytime refreshments and lunches for Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.
Monday day delegate rate: £225 + VAT
Tuesday day delegate rate: £225 + VAT
Wednesday day delegate rate: £140 + VAT
These day rates cover attendance at all sessions and all daytime refreshments and lunch. When booking the day delegate rate please ensure you click none on the package options for the day delegate rates to appear. (UK VAT is currently 20%.)

Accommodation
All delegates are requested to book their own accommodation – we are using a booking service called Reservation Highway and the link is here: www.reservation-highway.co.uk/uksg19
Advertising
There are opportunities to reach out to the conference delegates and the industry at large by advertising in our fortnightly newsletter, UKSG eNews, before and after the event. A limited amount of advertising space will also be available in the UKSG Conference Programme and
