For non-members only, an invoice will be sent with your confirmation of booking email. Payment against the invoice by credit card (Mastercard or Visa only), cheque or direct bank transfer will be accepted. Alternatively, credit card payments can be accepted now - please follow the 'Pay Now' option below.

Please note that your confirmation email may not be sent immediately. However, you should receive an email acknowledgement of your booking within five working days.

Please also note that UK VAT @ 20% is payable on all invoices relating to attending this Forum.

Please supply a purchase order number if this is required by your organisation. If you do not need to use a purchase order, please add 'n/a'

Closing Date and Cancellations

The closing date for receipt of bookings is Tuesday 7 November 2017, after which date cancellations will not be eligible for a refund.
