INVOICING INFORMATION
An invoice will be sent with your confirmation of booking letter. Payment against the invoice by credit card (Mastercard or Visa only), cheque or direct bank transfer will be accepted. Alternatively, credit card payments can be accepted now - please follow the 'Pay Now' option below. Please note that your confirmation letter may not be sent immediately. However, you should receive an email acknowledgement of your booking within three working days. Please also note that UK VAT @ 20% is payable on all invoices relating to attending this conference
Please supply a purchase order number if this is required by your organisation
Closing Date and Cancellations
The closing date for receipt of bookings is Monday 14 May 2012, after which date cancellations will not be eligible for a refund. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for further information.
